- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is Shannon. But from what I experienced there, all the women there were very rude! Horrible customer experience! At first I thought we had paid our taxes on the wrong account which I was very concerned about. Which most people would be bc it was nearly 3,000! I was trying to get this fixed along with getting our house re financed. In order to get the final process on refinancing, our taxes had to be paid. They gave us the run around for a week. And LAUGHED at me when I talked to them again. Talked to them Friday and said the payment would be in Tuesday. It wasn't. It was finally processed the day they laughed which was Thursday. I'm so glad my house is in escrow now and I will never have to talk to them again. Yes my taxes were late. But if you deal with public and hate your job that bad, just quit!!!By Jacob Rodriguez, November 22, 2016
